Oxygen Supply: There are two options for you here. Firstly you could use an oxygen bottle together with a special low flow regulator. Or secondly - you could utilise an oxygen concentrator. An oxygen bottle will cost you about 200 pounds for a medical oxygen bottle - though a welding oxygen bottle (available from local BOC suppliers) will cost you about 50 pounds. It is said that it is the same gas (from the same factory) in both bottles - the only difference being that medical oxygen bottles are flushed with a gas before refilling. However, in its favour, it is said that oxygen needed for welding needs to be far higher purity than that needed for medical or ozone therapy applications. Bottles in the UK (and there matching regulators - usually have a 5/8 inch bull nose fitting - with the female part of fitting on the bottle. If you are intending to use bottled oxygen, a low flow regulator will cost you about 250 US dollars (see below for supplier). For oxygen ozone therapy - the regulator has to be a special low flow one - up to around 1/4 litre per minute. It is always best to get the regulator from the ozone generator manufacturer - as it is most likely they will have calibrated the ozone machine using the same regulator (and steps of flow on the regulator). It is generally regarded as safe to use standard bottled BOC oxygen for all ozone therapies (apart from Autohaemotherapy) if it is in a non medical/professional setting. Using an oxygen concentrator (which effectively removes nitrogen) from the air - is simpler - but more expensive. A concentrator will cost around 850 pounds. It is important to purchase from a manufacturer who already has plenty of machines working in the UK - as they can be a little temperamental. NOTE: The type of concentrator we are referring to is not one of the larger breathing concentrators widely available through doctors... These produce far too much oxygen... For ozone therapy - we need very low rates of about 1/4 of a litre per minute or less. If you are intending to use a concentrator - you will not need a regulator.
There are many models available - though please see below for a recommended manufacture (a low cost correctly calibrated generator). The most important thing about the
generator is that is should be well calibrated - essentially - if you wish
to cover all modes of ozone therapy - with as near to the following
settings as possible, (the following settings assume a 4 position

Usually together with the generator - you will be supplied with tubing for the oxygen flow in, and the ozone flow out... The ozone flow out - will need to be made of silicon. Realistically, you will need 5 metres of ozone side tubing - in one piece - or with some connectors to join it. Some manufacturers do various kits that make it easy to attach various ozone therapy accessories - and even the accessories themselves... Such kits may include:
In terms of a whole body ozone therapy treatment - nothing quite equals a steam sauna tent. This provides (according to Bocci's work) a systemic boost to the body in terms of antioxidant type functioning as well as being a very antibacterial/antifungal treatment for the whole body. It is note worthy that a small UK study showed 100% complete eradication of MRSA using this kind of treatment (and there now exist training seminars to transmit ozone therapy silks to NHS workers). Tents come in around 129 pounds delivered whereas fibreglass units come in around 900 pounds. Personally - I feel that the steam tent units are much better - as they cost far less - have a nicer heat in them. The drawback of fibreglass units is that they can smell of residue fibreglass products for up to 6 months after manufacture. (Note: You will need to place a plastic or wooden chair in the tent unit to sit on. Also - then tents are on the hotter side.)

Bocci says of ozone therapy - 'stay low and go slow'... It is vital that you understand how to use the equipment. 1. Look up in the table above to see what concentration of ozone you need for the therapy you want to carry out. If it is repeated a few times - start with the lowest setting. 2. Look up on the chart above for the matching flow rate - for the concentration you are wanting to use. 3. Look on your ozone generator calibration chart to find out how to set machine settings... e.g. for cupping - 30 mcg at 1/16 litre flow rate - you may need to set the ozone generator to setting '1' or maybe '2' - depending on the scale used. 4.
